gibraltar (GB)
Gibraltar appears as a place full of hidden tension, whether it actually is or not is another thing altogether. Its presence is full of political history, yet its odd and slightly poignant today. The Spanish have tolerated it, sometimes. As a Briton you are welcomed on board via La Linea, but as I walked the streets I felt it as an uneasy acceptance that reminded me of the 1970's. Because of this I have presented it here like a set of faded postcards of a place that used to exist.
